What is your returns/exchange policy?
All products sold on NotEqualCollection.com are final sale. Additionally, NotEqualCollection.com does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
I want to cancel an order, what can be done for me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been successfully processed. all products sold on NotEqualCollection.com are final sale. we are unable to disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse teams. we strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients
Will my garments shrink in the wash?
All of our garments are pre-washed. shrinking should be minimal, if noticeable at all.
How do I wash my products?
We recommend machine washing cold and tumbling dry low with like colors. if your item has a graphic, we recommend turning it inside out to preserve the print. if your item has a zipper, please zip completely before washing and drying. Do not dry clean.
Do you ship delivered duties paid?
Certain countries charge customs fees (VAT) and independent carrier charges. Since we are unable to anticipate these costs, we will not be able to cover or reimburse these fees. Before placing an order, please contact your local customs office to find out what these fees could be.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, now, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Israel, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, and Sweden.
My package has not arrived, and the tracking information states that it was delivered. what can be done for me?
Unfortunately, if your package has been declared as "delivered" NotEqualCollection.com is unable to support accommodations for this occurrence. For damaged or missing packages, we recommend filing a claim through the carrier immediately. To ensure that a response from the carrier is guaranteed, customers must file no later than 30 days from the date of mailing. The date of mailing is determined by the date that tracking information has been populated.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 14-21 business days from your order date for shipping on domestic orders (shipping times may be less). If over 21 business days have elapsed and you still have not received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at contact@notequalcollection.com Please allow 6-8 weeks for international orders. due to covid19, international shipping times have increased.
